We review one Dynamic principle a week
We describe the tool or practice that goes with it
We apply the practice to everyday situations
We Close with a meditation
CONSISTENCY: We meet every Thursday at noon via ZOOM.
PRACTICE: Repetition works. Every week we discuss and learn a tool, a process, a principle and we apply it.
COMMUNITY: We can't do this alone, so we won't. Practice with like-minded, kindred spirits who are walking this path of evolution with you.
